<p>Their customers include most of the world’s leading oil and gas companies as well as engineering companies engaged in oil and gas, transportation, processing and power generation facilities. Their principal products include casing, tubing, line pipe, and mechanical and structural pipes.</p>
<p>We are currently looking for a Sales Professional based in Stavanger to manage existing customers as well as act as the commercial focus with during new customer acquisition.</p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>
<p>Determines the action plan and objectives for the regions or accounts aligned with BU or segment objectives and strategy.<br />
Detects and develops differentiation opportunities (product or services) in order to enhance our clients market position<br />
Establishes short terms objectives, tactical moves and operating plans for future development at a regional/account level.<br />
Maximizes sales opportunities by meeting sales volume objectives, identifying and solving the problems affecting sales or distribution of the products in the corresponding region or segment and identifying proper commercial channels and conditions associated to orders.<br />
Coordinates with Marketing department the execution of defined marketing strategies and regional segment plans providing inputs to market intelligence activities; also ensuring development of sales objectives and pricing strategies defined with Inside Sales department.<br />
Provides Input to Sales Management on Product Development activities<br />
Ensures the achievement of Business Unit commercial objectives exploring opportunities to develop new services</p>

The successful individual will have a blend of P&amp;L, man management, International experience and a proven track record in developing regional sales strategies. All the Area Sales Manager within the regional will report into this position and it has a total of 140 direct and indirect reports. You will have a technical background (Engineering Degree or Time Served Apprentice) and be familiar with Xmas Trees, Wellheads, BOP’s, D&amp;P product lines, Valves, Completions. There is a strong emphasis on this being a strategic role and not a business developers position. You must have the aforementioned profit and loss and man management background.My client is prepared to relocate the right person and offer an ex-pat package if necessary. There is a strong degree of succession planning involved with this position with a view to you moving rapidly through the organization and into a VP position.</p>
<p>You will need to be an excellent communicator, be well organized, be comfortable in front of senior teams and with directing others.</td>

<p><strong>Description: </strong></p>
<p>Client is an emerging industrial water and waste water treatment company. Company handles makeup and waste water processing through ion exchange and sludge remediation services. Company also services and rents media filtration and water clarification equipment including: reverse osmosis systems, media filtration units and clarifier equipment.</p>
<p>Position will be responsible for sales of new water treatment equipment, rental of existing equipment during maintenance projects, overseeing ongoing maintenance projects at the plants and offering engineered solutions for industrial waste water treatment projects to plant operations personnel as they become necessary.</p>
<p>Prior experience selling industrial water maintenance services, waste water treatment services, water treatment chemicals or ion exchange / clarifier equipment directly to facility / plant operations engineers in the Golden Triangle is required. Candidates should also possess a Chemical Engineering Degree or a closely related Biology / Chemistry Degree along with appropriate sales experience.</p>
<p>A network of South Texas Plant Operations personnel is highly desired in this position along with 7-10 years of sales / business development experience.</p>
<p>Company currently has sales of $4mm per year and that is expected to double in the next 2-3 years. This market is a key growth market for the company.</p>
